Flywheel Honda K Toyota GT86 Subaru BRZ Scion FR S 240mm 9 45

PMC Motorsport presents a precision-engineered lightweight aluminum flywheel, specifically designed for Honda K series engines, including K20 and K24 variants, as well as the Aisin A1 manual gearbox utilized in the Toyota GT86, Subaru BRZ, and Scion FR-S.

This flywheel has a 240mm (9.45 inches) diameter, ensuring optimal compatibility and alignment between the engine and gearbox systems. It is manufactured from high-grade, certified materials using advanced CNC machining processes, and complies with ISO PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standards within the European Union.

This flywheel is compatible with Honda K engine models such as K20A, K20Z, and K24A series. Installation requires a specific clutch setup:

• A clutch pressure plate from BMW E46 M3 or BMW M57n M57n2 Sachs models is recommended.
• A clutch disc with dimensions 22.6x25.2 24N (Sachs 1878 005 084) is necessary alongside a dedicated release bearing and clutch fork for the gearbox.

Note that essential bolts (Honda K OE 90011-PNA-B00) and starter (Honda K OE) are not provided with the product.

The package includes:

• A clutch cover
• A pressure plate bolts kit
• A flywheel centering sleeve
• A custom 30mm clutch fork pivot pin/ball

The flywheel is equipped with a replaceable friction surface and requires a gearbox adapter (F0GT-K) for proper installation.
