PMC Motorsport presents a Lightweight Custom Aluminum Flywheel, engineered specifically for Toyota JZ 1JZ 2JZ engines paired with BMW M57n M57n2 ZF GS6-53DZ HGU HGK E9x 325D 330D 6-speed Diesel transmissions.

This twin disc flywheel, with a diameter of 228mm (8.98"), is constructed from lightweight custom aluminum to optimize engine response. Each unit is precision balanced prior to dispatch, ensuring superior performance.

The flywheel includes a pilot bearing to support the input shaft and minimize vibrations, contributing to enhanced engine stability. Additionally, it features a replaceable friction surface, facilitating straightforward maintenance and extended service life.

For installation, the recommended clutch pressure plate is the Sachs 3000 951 019 BMW E60 M5 (Twin disc). It is important to note that the clutch disc, release bearing, clutch fork, and clutch slave cylinder must be compatible with the specified gearbox.

The flywheel requires a Toyota JZ (OE) starter without an additional pinion cover. A Toyota OE flexplate or drive plate (32101-30090 | 32101-22050) is necessary, along with a spacer OE 32116-22020 (4.5mm) positioned between the engine block and the flexplate. Flywheel bolts should be tightened to a torque specification of 72Nm with adhesive.

A gearbox adapter (F0BMW-JZ) is also required for proper installation.
