The custom aluminum flywheel by PMC Motorsport is engineered to connect the Toyota Lexus V8 UZ, 1UZ-FE, and 3UZ-FE engines with BMW Getrag and ZF manual gearboxes. This precision-crafted component undergoes thorough inspection and balancing prior to shipment. It includes a clutch shaft pilot bearing to support the clutch shaft, effectively minimizing vibrations.

The flywheel features a replaceable friction surface for straightforward maintenance of the cast iron contact area.

Compatibility extends to the following transmissions:

• GETRAG S5D-250G S5D250 5-speed
• ZF S5D-310 ZF 310 / ZF310 S5-31 5-speed
• ZF S5D-320 ZF 320 / ZF320 S5-32 5-speed
• GETRAG 420 / 420G 6-speed

Please note, it is not compatible with the BMW M54 6-speed gearbox.

Constructed from aluminum with a cast iron friction surface, the flywheel weighs 4.80 kg (10.58 lbs) and measures 240mm (9.45") in diameter, suitable for a single disc clutch configuration.

Recommended clutch pressure plates include:

• Sachs Performance 88 308 200 1243
• Sachs XTend 3000 951 877 (BMW M57)

Compatible clutch discs are:

• BMW M50 M52 M54 5-speed 23x29-10N [240mm / 9.45"]
• BMW E36 M3 GETRAG 420 TBAB 6-speed 23x29-10N [240mm / 9.45"]
• BMW E46 M3 GETRAG 420 TBAI 6-speed 28X35-10N [240mm / 9.45"]

Installation necessitates the use of a dedicated release bearing, clutch fork, clutch slave cylinder, and starter (Toyota UZ OE recommended, not included). A flexplate/ring gear/drive plate is required, specifically Toyota Lexus OE 32101-50010 with one spacer OE 32116-50010 4.5mm positioned between the engine block and the flexplate.

The flywheel package includes:

• Clutch cover-pressure plate bolts kit
• Crankshaft bolts kit
• Flywheel centering sleeve
• Custom clutch fork pivot pin/ball
• Custom flywheel

A gearbox adapter, model F0BMW-UZ, is required. The specified tightening torque for flywheel bolts is 72Nm plus adhesive.
