The PMC Motorsport custom aluminum flywheel is engineered to integrate the Toyota JZ series engines, specifically the 1JZ and 2JZ (non VVT-i / VVT-i versions), with the BMW Getrag and ZF manual gearboxes.

This product is precisely balanced prior to dispatch and includes a clutch shaft pilot bearing, designed to support the clutch shaft and reduce vibration. It incorporates a replaceable friction surface, facilitating the easy replacement of the worn cast iron surface.

Constructed from certified materials and CNC machined, the flywheel ensures perfect coaxiality for accurate alignment between the engine and transmission.

The flywheel is compatible with BMW ZF/Getrag transmission models, including:

• S6-53
• GS6-37DZ 6-speed
• GS6-53DZ versions

It features a diameter of 240mm (9.45 inches) and a weight of 4.85 kg (10.69 lbs).

For proper installation, the flywheel bolts require a tightening torque of 72Nm plus adhesive.

The package includes:

• A custom clutch fork pivot pin
• A clutch cover - pressure plate bolts kit
• A crankshaft bolts kit

An additional gearbox adapter, model F0BMW-JZ, is necessary for installation.
