Adapter kit Toyota JZ manual 5 speed BMW M57 ZF GS5 39DZ 184mm 7 25 S

The PMC Motorsport adapter kit is engineered to facilitate the conversion of Toyota JZ engines, including both 1JZ and 2JZ models (non VVT-i and VVT-i versions), to integrate with BMW manual transmissions, specifically the ZF GS5-39DZ 5-speed transmission.

This kit is compatible with a wide range of BMW models, such as:

The flywheel is constructed from aluminum and cast iron, featuring a replaceable friction surface, and is pre-balanced. Installation necessitates a ring gear/flywheel from the automatic Toyota JZ, which is not part of the kit.

Designed for motorsport and drift applications, this adapter kit should be installed by professional technicians. It is suitable for high torque applications, with the ZF GS5-39DZ transmission capable of handling torque in excess of 1000Nm.

The flywheel measures 184mm (7.25") in diameter and weighs 2.80 kg (6.17 lbs). The recommended clutch pressure plate is the Tilton OT-II Cerametallic Pressure Plate 7.25" for twin or triple disc configurations.

The gearbox adapter has a thickness of 20mm (0.78"), and the flywheel should be secured with a torque of 72Nm (53.1 ft·lb) with adhesive.

The components are manufactured with high-quality materials, certified under ISO PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standards, and produced in the EU. Each part is marked with a production Seriesl number to ensure quality assurance.
