The PMC Motorsport Custom Flywheel facilitates the integration of Toyota Lexus V8 UZ, 1UZ-FE, and 3UZ-FE engines with BMW ZF manual transmissions.

Specifically engineered for compatibility with ZF Friedrichshafen models GS6-53DZ and GS6X53DZ, this flywheel supports installations in:

• BMW E46 330D
• E60 525D
• 530D
• E61 models equipped with M57n and M57n2 engines

Constructed from aluminum and cast iron, it incorporates a replaceable friction surface and is optimized for a 184mm / 7.25" clutch system, accommodating Tilton OT-II Cerametallic Pressure Plates.

For proper installation, the product requires:

• A dedicated clutch disc
• Release bearing
• Clutch fork
• Clutch slave cylinder

The flywheel bolts must be tightened to a torque specification of 72Nm, utilizing adhesive.

The package includes:

• A clutch cover
• A pressure plate bolts kit
• A crankshaft bolts kit

Installation is contingent upon the use of the F0BMW-UZ gearbox adapter.

This flywheel is fully recyclable and is produced under ISO PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 certification standards within the EU. It is designed exclusively for motorsport applications on race tracks and must be installed by qualified professionals.
