This rod end is designed for precise load transfer in systems such as steering, suspension, and joint assemblies. It features a male left external thread with dimensions of M20x1.5. Engineered to be maintenance-free, it does not require rubber boots, offering lubricant-free operation. The component is corrosion-protected and capable of withstanding harsh weather conditions, while its robust design supports high load capacity for significant directional loads.

The rod end housing is constructed from heat-treated steel (25CrMo4 - 4130 - 1.7218), forged and finished with a hard chrome coating. The bearing bushing is manufactured through injection molding using Nylon with PTFE, and the ball is crafted from hardened bearing steel (52100, 100Cr6, 1.3505, SUJ2, EN31) with a galvanized hard chrome coating.
