The PMC Motorsport custom aluminum flywheel is engineered to facilitate the connection between the Toyota Lexus V8 UZ 1UZ 3UZ engines and the BMW Getrag/ZF manual gearbox.

Compatible with:

• Toyota UZ
• Toyota Lexus V8 1UZ-FE
• Toyota Lexus V8 3UZ-FE engines

This flywheel is specifically designed for integration with ZF S5-39 GS5-39DZ 5-speed transmissions, including the following models:

• ZF GS5-39DZ THBA
• THBM
• THBG
• THBK
• THBC

These are utilized in BMW M57 E39 530D, 525D, and E46 330D vehicles.

The flywheel features a 240mm (9.45") diameter friction plate and is constructed from aluminum with a replaceable cast iron friction surface. It is equipped with:

• Clutch cover pressure plate bolts kit
• Crankshaft bolts kit
• Flywheel centering sleeve
• Custom clutch fork pivot pin/ball

Prior to delivery, the flywheel is balanced to ensure optimal performance.

Installation requires:

• A specialized clutch slave cylinder
• Clutch fork
• Release bearing compatible with the gearbox

The setup also mandates the use of:

• A Toyota UZ original equipment (OE) starter
• A flexplate/ring gear/drive plate with Toyota Lexus OE 32101-50010
• A 4.5mm spacer OE 32116-50010 positioned between the engine block and the flexplate

The flywheel has a weight of 4.80 kg (10.58 lbs), and the specified tightening torque for the flywheel bolts is 72Nm, with the use of adhesive.

It is suitable for both daily use and professional motorsport applications, offering a balance of durability and reliability. Manufactured in Poland, the flywheel complies with certified quality standards, including ISO PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 certification.
