C-COOLANT - Transparent Coolant Pipes

This component from CNC71 is designed for motorsport use, ensuring high strength, accurate fitment, and reliability under extreme conditions.

This gadget enhances the engine bay's appearance while serving as a valuable tool for cooling system diagnostics.

It facilitates the monitoring of thermostat operation, air bubbles, fluid flow, contaminated coolant, and can even indicate symptoms of a damaged head gasket.

Available diameters correspond to the hose clamp size; it is essential to measure the internal diameter of the hose to determine the appropriate pipe diameter required.

For instance, if you have a 35mm hose, a 36mm pipe is recommended.

If measuring the internal diameter is impractical, an alternative method is to take the outer diameter and subtract 10mm; however, this method may not always yield accurate results.

We can fabricate other pipe sizes not currently listedprovided they are for popular vehicles or enginesat no additional cost.

The pipes are crafted from thick, heat-resistant glass rated to withstand temperatures exceeding 500°C (930°F), making them suitable for coolant and engine bay conditions.

Pressure within the cooling system poses no issue.

The pipes have been tested in temperatures around -15°C (5°F) and are resistant to impact and chemicals.

Both ends feature flanges to prevent hose slippage.

Additionally, we offer coolant fluid in various non-standard colors, including yellow and purple.
