The PMC Motorsport custom aluminum flywheel is engineered to couple the Toyota/Lexus V8 UZ, 1UZ-FE, and 3UZ-FE engines with the BMW ZF manual transmission systems. This precision-balanced flywheel includes a replaceable friction surface, ensuring straightforward maintenance. It integrates a pilot bearing for the input shaft to reduce vibrations effectively. Constructed from aluminum and cast iron, the flywheel is fully recyclable.

This flywheel is compatible with the following ZF (ZF Friedrichshafen) transmission models:

The clutch assembly accommodates a single disc with a friction plate diameter of 240mm (9.45 inches). Recommended clutch pressure plates include:

• Sachs XTend 3000 951 952 (M57N M57N2)
• Sachs Performance 88 308 200 1243

The clutch disc, release bearing, clutch fork, and clutch slave cylinder are specific to the gearbox. A Toyota UZ (OE) starter is required (not included), and the necessary flexplate/ring gear/drive plate is the Toyota Lexus OE 32101-50010, complemented by a spacer OE 32116-50010 (4.5mm) positioned between the engine block and the flexplate.

The flywheel weighs 5.20 kg (11.46 lb) with a required flywheel bolt tightening torque of 72 Nm plus adhesive. The package includes:

• Clutch cover-pressure plate bolts kit
• Crankshaft bolts kit
• Flywheel centering sleeve
