Material Composition:

• Housing: Constructed from Steel 25CrMo4 (4130, 1.7218), forged and treated with a hard chrome galvanized coating.
• Bearing Bushing: Manufactured via injection molding using Nylon with PTFE.
• Ball: Composed of Bearing Steel 52100 (100Cr6, 1.3505, SUJ2, EN31), hardened and coated with hard chrome.

PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) is utilized for its low friction, resistance to high temperatures (-50°C to +150°C), chemical inertness, and superior electrical insulation capabilities.
