This steel arm/tube from PMC Motorsport is engineered for robustness and adaptability in demanding motorsport settings. It possesses an outer diameter of 25mm (0.99") and a wall thickness of 2.9mm (0.11"), with a powder-coated finish for enhanced resistance to corrosion, ensuring longevity even under challenging conditions.
The tube features M16x1.5 threads on both ends, facilitating a wide range of adjustments and connections within suspension or steering systems. The precise dimensions ensure a secure and stable fit, enhancing vehicle performance and stability.
The maintenance-free Uniball joint is designed to withstand corrosion and does not require rubber boots, reducing both maintenance demands and costs. It is capable of handling substantial static directional loads and is built to endure rigorous operating environments.
The Uniball housing is constructed from heat-treatable steel material (25CrMo4 - 4130 - 1.7218), with a galvanic hard chrome coating for added durability. The bearing liner is injection molded from Nylon with PTFE Teflon, while the ball is crafted from hardened bearing steel (52100, 100Cr6, 1.3505, SUJ2, EN31) and also features a galvanic hard chrome coating.
