This high-precision rod end is engineered for applications demanding efficient and smooth load transfer, particularly in steering, suspension, and joint systems. It features a right internal thread of size M20x1.5, designed to be maintenance-free and corrosion-resistant, eliminating the need for rubber boots. Constructed from premium materials, the housing consists of heat-treated steel 25CrMo4 - 4130 - 1.7218, with a forged and galvanized hard chrome coating. The bearing bushing is manufactured via injection molding using Nylon and PTFE. The ball is composed of bearing steel 52100, 100Cr6, 1.3505, SUJ2, EN31, also hardened and coated with galvanized hard chrome. PTFE's properties—low friction, high-temperature resistance ranging from -50°C to +150°C, chemical resistance, and excellent electrical insulation—make this rod end suitable for use in hydraulics and pneumatics, automotive suspension and steering systems, as well as agricultural and construction machinery.
