Fabricated from durable steel, it features an outer diameter of 25mm (0.99") and a wall thickness of 2.9mm (0.11"), ensuring superior strength and longevity.

The arm is powder-coated in black to provide resistance against corrosion, making it suitable for extreme operating environments. Equipped with M16x1.5 threads on both ends, it is adaptable for use in various suspension or steering configurations. The maintenance-free Uniball joint is corrosion-protected and designed without rubber boots, reducing upkeep requirements and associated costs. It is capable of withstanding substantial static directional loads, ensuring a prolonged service life even under challenging conditions.

The Uniball housing is crafted from heat-treatable steel (25CrMo4 - 4130 - 1.7218) with a galvanic hard chrome coating for added resilience. The bearing liner is injection molded from Nylon with PTFE Teflon, while the ball is composed of hardened bearing steel (52100, 100Cr6, 1.3505, SUJ2, EN31), also with a galvanic hard chrome coating.
